0.55mm Surgical Slicing
Our Kishangarh facility utilizes state-of-the-art 0.55 mm Tungsten Wire saws instead of traditional gang saws. This ultra-fine cutting system produces mathematically precise, flat slabs with zero-tolerance seam alignment and minimal stone waste.
Vacuum Stabilized at Source
All premium blocks (including Italian Statuario) undergo advanced vacuum resin treatment directly in Italy prior to shipping, securing the stone's internal structure and ensuring zero micro-fractures during ocean transit.

Raw Progression Photos

Digital Inventory & Sign-Off
Prior to loading, every slab is measured and compiled into a digital PDF inventory. We restrict dispatch from our factory until you have reviewed the report and provided formal approval.
