02Phase 0210 to 60 Days TT

Deep-Sea Ocean Freight Transit

📍 Mediterranean • Atlantic • Indian Ocean Corridors ➔ Mundra Port

Raw blocks are loaded into dedicated maritime containers with verified timber shoring. Specific ocean transit times: Vietnam (20d), Italy/EU (35-40d), Portugal (50-55d), Turkey (55-60d). Express clearance at Mundra Port ICD with dedicated road haulage to Kishangarh.

03Phase 03Days 3 to 5 at Facility

0.55 mm Tungsten Wire Saw Conversion

📍 Rameshwar Exports Factory Plant, Kishangarh

Blocks are aligned on laser-guided saw beds and sliced using diamond-impregnated 0.55mm wire saw systems. Slicing with zero vibration shock produces slabs with mathematical ±0.2mm planarity, preserving delicate mineral veining.

04Phase 0424 Hours Post-Cut

Quality Documentation & 10th Slab SOP

📍 Inspection Bay & In-House Curing Line

Every 10th raw slab is photographed in raw state and compiled into a client Position Report. Slabs receive UV-stable resin reinforcement and Italian abrasive polish calibration.

05Phase 05Day 7+ / 10–90 Days Export

Architect Sign-Off & Project Site Dispatch

📍 Client Site (Pan-India & Overseas Hubs)

Following digital PDF inventory sign-off, slabs are packed onto specialized steel-strapped wooden A-frames. Transported via air-cushioned trailers domestically or exported to UAE (10d), Singapore (15d), or USA (90d).
